Wire Maintenance
At Randolph Telephone, our technicians are trained to maintain and repair the cabels and wiring that provide your communications connection to the world. It is our promise to you, that we will do everything in our power to provide you will reliable service and proptly repair all outside equipment and wiring when an issue arises. However, if the problem is determined to be in customer-owned equipment, you may be charged a service fee. Our wire maintenance protection will keep you from incurring any isolation charges, ensuring maintenance on all existing inside wiring and jacks for operating telephones at no additional charge.
For just a few dollars per month, you could save a lot of time, money, and hassle in the event you experience problems with your telephone service and need repairs. We strongly suggest that you choose one of our wire maintenance plans, to avoid possible unnecessary and costly repair charges in the future.
