These bundles may not be combined with any other residence local or toll calling plan offering.

Customer may terminate enrollment in this plan at any time upon notice to the company. Note: DSL commitment terms will still apply.

Long distance portion of package applicable within United States. National long distance plans will be billed accordingly.

For the 250-minute package, long distance minutes exceeding package minutes will be billed at the standard 8 cents per minute for 1+ dialed domestic calls. All 1+ calls in the 10-cent plan will be billed at 10 cents/minute. Both are billed in 30-second increments.

No credit will be given to “0” billed calls within the bundled plan that are denied by the customer.

All expanded local calls from the customer’s exchange will be subtracted from the 250 minutes included in the 250-minute package if dialed 1+. Otherwise, these calls will be rated 6 cents (off peak) and 8 cents (peak).

Bundle services are not intended for data or facsimile transmission.

Bundle services are intended for RTMC customers only.

Bundle services does not include 900, 986, 555, and 700 numbers and those will be billed separately to full retail rate.

Customers must use Internet services provided by RTMC to receive bundle services.

Bundles do not include applicable taxes and fees. However, the subscriber line charge (FCC Access Charge) is already included in the package price.

Long distance minutes do not include Directory Assistance, Calling Card, or Operator Services.

Credit restrictions apply. Deposits may be required based on credit rating.

Must retain all elements of bundle to qualify for special packages.

If packaged services are dropped, package savings as advertised no longer apply.

Basic local telephone service may not be disconnected for failure to pay non-regulated services. Failure to pay non-regulated services will result in disconnection of such services.

Caller ID blocking is available, therefore some names and numbers may not be displayed. Names are displayed from company records.

A 30-day waiting period is required before Inside Wire Maintenance becomes effective.
