Paying Your Bill:

We offer the following convenient payment options:

If you pay by check, you can mail your payment to our business office at 3733 Old Cox Road, Asheboro NC 27205, drop it into our night deposit box, use our drive in window, or make your payment in person during regular business hours at 211 West Swannanoa Avenue, in Liberty.

Using eBill

Randolph Telephone’s eBill service allows you to view current and past Randolph Telephone bills. You can also use eBill to view past payments made on your account (no matter how the payments were made). You can also make payments via debit card, VISA or MasterCard using the eBill service. You must set up an account in order to view and pay your bills. Even after you register, you will continue to receive a paper bill in the mail each month.

Once you register, a temporary password is sent to the email you used to set up your account. Log in and change that password. To make the registration process easy, have your last bill handy to refer to. You will need certain information on that bill to complete the registration process.

Payments can be made at any time. However, if you are making a payment on an account that is past due, payment must be processed by 4:00 pm EST on the past due payment date in order to avoid being disconnected.
