existing telephone line.

our exciting DSL service that puts the resources of the World
Wide Web at your disposal at speeds youll find hard
to believe and at rates that are easy on your pocketbook.*

With RTCs Lightning Fast DSL, youll

accounts are $2.00 each per month. DSL users will not be allowed
to host web sites, e-mail servers, etc., using these connections.
Plans include Plans include dial-up access of 25 hours for
Lite, 50 hours for other residential and unlimited for all
business plans. Additional dial-up hours will be charged at
$1.00 each up to a maximum charge of $20.95 per month.
Web/FTP Services Charge: $65 activation, $7.50/month.

be responsible for service issues related to customers
computer, network, or software.

To get DSL service, you will need to purchase
a DSL modem from Randolph Telephone Company and pay an installation
fee. Together these items cost $200. The regular modem price is $85.00 plus tax. For
a limited time, Randolph will give you the following for signing
a 12- or 24-month service commitment to any of our DSL plans:

DSL Installation Rates
Business: $99
Residential: $99
Randolph
Telephone's installation is to demarcation point. Account
includes termination to ONE computer only, up to 3 filters
or 1 splitter as applicable, 1 surge arrestor, and an Ethernet
cable. Additional filters are $12.95 each. Installation does
not include inside wiring or telephone jacks. An
Ethernet Network Interface Card (NIC) is required to connect
to the DSL device. If the customer provides NIC, then the
customer must install and configure. If Randolph Telephone
provides a USB
connected NIC, then Randolph Telephone will install and
configure for $36.19. Customer will incur labor charges if
their physical DSL location is changed, and Randolph performs
on-premise work or central office work to restore DSL service.
Optional DSL/Inside Wire Maintenance Plan
Randolph Telephone offers an Optional DSL/Inside Wire Maintenance
Plan for $4.95 per month (Residential)/$6.95 per month (Business),
which covers labor costs for a technician to make a premise
visit to isolate the trouble including the DSL Internet connection
and inside telephone wiring. If the problem is found to be
customer owned equipment, no labor charges will be incurred
to isolate the problem. Any existing inside wiring that was
properly installed (per National Electric Code) will be replaced
at no charge. DSL modem installation will be covered, and
replacement of the modem is based on the DSL plan selected
above and timeframe from initial installation.
