This technical support hotline is intended to assist customers with Internet-related issues such as troubleshooting DSL and dial-up connections or using the services that come with Randolph Telephone’s Internet services. Such services include your Randolph Telephone e-mail, webmail, web space, and anti-virus/spam controls. It is not intended to offer support for computer-related issues such as setting up a network connection or problems not related to the Internet services provided by Randolph Telephone. We do not support any equipment added by the customer to interface with our Internet services such as a wireless router not purchased from Randolph Telephone. We do offer many of these items for purchase and will assist with installation and support for a fee.
Randolph Telephone does provide computer services for an additional fee through our experienced Atomic Techs. Our Atomic Techs are available to clean up your computers, set up networks, install hardware and software, upgrade operating systems, troubleshooting hardware you connect to our Internet service such as wireless routers and much more. Call (336) 879-5684 and ask to speak to an Atomic Tech about our computer services or stop by our retail location, which serves as the headquarters for our computer services department – located in Suite 177-H in Specialty Shops on 42 (NC Hwy 42 North behind Urgent Care).
